Limited Warranty

BAXALT Limited Warranty applies within the European Union and Switzerland and is designed to complement, not replace, applicable statutory rights.

Scope

BAXALT outdoor kitchens are pre-assembled modular systems integrating electrical and mechanical components. The product is intended for outdoor residential use and requires connection to a compliant electrical installation.

The system incorporates protective measures including current monitoring, synchronization control of actuators, and controlled operation logic to mitigate mechanical risks during movement.

This Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship affecting the Product under normal, intended use and in compliance with BAXALT installation, operation, and maintenance instructions.

Coverage is strictly limited to the components supplied by BAXALT and forming part of the original Product configuration.

Warranty Periods

Unless otherwise specified in writing, the following warranty periods apply from the date of delivery to the first purchaser:

• Structural components (frame, fixed panels, load-bearing elements): 5 years
• Electrical and mechanical components (including actuators, LED systems, power supplies, internal wiring): 2 years
• Third-party appliances and devices (including but not limited to refrigerator, hood, television, speakers, sockets): 2 years

Third-party components are integrated based on their declared conformity. BAXALT verifies documentation and does not alter their original design or certification.

Remedies

At its sole discretion, BAXALT will:

• Repair the defective component, or
• Replace it with an equivalent component (new or refurbished), or
• Provide an appropriate commercial solution where repair or replacement is not reasonably possible

This Limited Warranty is strictly limited to the supply of replacement parts. Any additional costs, including but not limited to labour, installation, removal, travel, or transport, are excluded unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Conditions of Validity

This Limited Warranty applies only if all of the following conditions are met:

• Installation has been performed in accordance with BAXALT documentation and applicable local regulations
• Electrical connections comply with relevant national standards
• The Product has been used under normal residential conditions and for its intended purpose
• Maintenance operations described in the official documentation have been carried out
• No unauthorised modifications, alterations, or repairs have been performed

Failure to meet these conditions may result in partial or total exclusion of warranty coverage.

Exclusions

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic deterioration (scratches, discoloration, patina, surface oxidation)
• Consumable or service items subject to natural degradation
• Damage resulting from:
  • Improper installation or commissioning
  • Misuse, abuse, or negligence
  • Use outside intended conditions
  • Lack of maintenance
• Damage caused by external factors, including:
  • Extreme weather conditions (storms, flooding, frost beyond normal exposure)
  • Corrosive environments (including coastal or high-salinity areas without appropriate protection)
  • Electrical surges or inadequate power supply
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, inconvenience, or commercial loss

Claim Procedure

All claims must be submitted to your BAXALT Authorised Partner without undue delay and must include:

• Proof of purchase
• Product identification (part number and serial number)
• Detailed description of the issue
• Supporting evidence (photographs and/or videos)

BAXALT reserves the right to:

• Request additional information
• Inspect the Product or component
• Require return of defective parts for analysis

No replacement or intervention will be initiated without prior validation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BAXALT's liability under this Limited Warranty is limited to the remedies expressly stated above.

This Limited Warranty does not cover any obligations beyond the repair or replacement of defective components and excludes any broader liability.

Non-Transferability

This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable without prior written consent from BAXALT or BAXALT Authorised Partner.

Legal Rights

This Limited Warranty is a commercial guarantee and does not affect mandatory statutory rights.

Within the European Union, consumers benefit in particular from the legal guarantee of conformity under Directive (EU) 2019/771 and its national transpositions.

In Switzerland, applicable consumer protection provisions remain fully in force.
